The Sky Is Pink Trailer Released: Farhan and PC are adoring parents to Zaira Wasim
Special Correspondent (Mumbai): Most awaited film, The Sky Is Pink directed by Sonali Bose trailer is released. A bittersweet tale like a sweet love story of Zaira Wasim’s parents is featured in the film.
Priyanka Chopra and Farahan Akhtar’s film, The sky is pink trailer is out now. Dangal actress Zaira Wasim is in a leading role. It is an emotional story of a girl suffering from pulmonary fibrosis. Zaira, a teenaged girl tells the love story of her parents. The film is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhry, a motivational speaker.
The film will release on 11 October. It will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on 13 September. The film is produced by Priyanka’s Purple Pebble Pictures and Siddharth Roy Kapur. After 2015’s Bajirav Mastani, Priyanka comes back after four years in Bollywood. Prakash Jha’s Jai Gangajal featuring Priyanka was shot earlier and released in 2016.
Sharing her film’s trailer, PC shared some words on social media, “Presenting the trailer for #TheSkyIsPink – a film about love, made with so much of it! The film is predicated on the lifetime of Aisha Chaudhary, UN agency became a psychological feature speaker once being diagnosed with AN immune deficiency order at the age of thirteen. within the film, Zaira narrates the romance of her oldsters from her perspective. Going by trailer, it appears high on emotions, with AN equal quantity of humour thrown in.
For the past few days, Priyanka and Farhan are sharing stills from the film to announce the trailer. Before heading to bicker, Priyanka shared the primary image and wrote, “On my way to @tiff_net today. Can’t wait for the rest of the team to join me for the premiere on the 13th. So excited for the amazing early reviews & to share this with the world! #TheSkyIsPink.”

She shared a picture in which Farhan and Priyanka are seen embracing each other on the terrace of an old Delhi home. Captioned “Made with love and so much more!”

Announcing trailer launch of the film PC wrote, “In this family, crazy doesn’t skip a generation! We bring to you #TheSkyIsPink trailer Tomorrow at 10 AM!”
Zaira Wasim announced to quit from acting in her social media post “though I may fit here [the film industry] perfectly, I do not belong here”. She said she is not feeling happy in film line and her work it interfered with her religion and faith. She was criticised on social media after this post.
