How to make Ada Pradaman
Step 1
To begin with, place a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and pour enough water in it. permit the water to come back to a boil, flip the flame off and add rice (rice ada) in it. Leave the rice undisturbed for 0.5 associate hour. Once done, drain the water and wash the rice (rice ada) underneath cold water. Keep it away till required.
Step 2
Now, place a non-stick pan on medium flame and warmth clarified butter in it. Add in raisins followed by cashews and coconut bits. combine well and fry for a moment or 2. Keep them aside. Meanwhile, during a bowl add water and cane sugar and leave it undisturbed till required.
Step 3
Now, within the same non-stick pan, add the remaining clarified butter in it followed by rice (rice ada). Cook for five minutes.
Step 4
Once done, add in jaggery-water mixture (See step-2 for clarity) and blend well. Simmer the mixture till it thickens. Then add in coconut milk followed by adding cooked dry fruits (see step-2) and powdery inexperienced cardamom, mix well. flip the flame off and pour it into a serving bowl. Serve recent and hot!
